HOW IT WORKS

The Hoboken Wellness Crawl brings together the best local businesses to bring crawlers a sampling of the amazing health, beauty, food, and fitness offerings in town. Here’s how the day works:

Attendee Info

  • Crawlers purchase a ticket for the Wellness Hub/Check-in spot of their choice.
  • Wellness Class Schedule + Registration : Once a ticket is purchased, crawlers will have access to register for fitness classes offered throughout the day.
  • On April 28th, crawlers head to their designated Wellness Hub for check-in, where each crawler gets a bracelet and access to the exclusive Wellness Crawl Map that shows where all of the participating businesses are located.
  • Each business offers a day-of freebie and a $75+ giveaway contest for crawlers to enter.
  • Throughout the day crawlers walk, run, bike, etc. around town to check out all of the great wellness options along the way.

FAQ

What is a Wellness Hub?

The Wellness Hubs are large venues that host all of our Wellness Table vendors inside. You can think of each hub as a mini Wellness-Expo where you can stop by and visit each business’ table, collect your freebie, and enter a giveaway. These are also the check-in spots for the crawl.

If I buy my ticket for one Wellness Hub, can I check in at a different one?

No. You must check-in at the Wellness Hub you purchased a ticket for. We divide up the Wellness Crawl Maps and Tote Bags based on the number of tickets sold for each hub.

If I buy my ticket for one Wellness Hub, can I visit the other ones?

Yes! After you check in your ticket gives you access to all Wellness Hubs and Wellness Stops along the way.

What is a Wellness Stop?

A Wellness Stop is a business with a physical location in Hoboken that is participating in the crawl.

Are there classes offered throughout the day? How do I sign up?

Yes! Local fitness + lifestyle studios offer a limited amount of trial classes throughout the day. Each ticket holder is allowed to register for up to 2 classes on a first-come-first-served basis. Sign up information will be sent out to all ticket holders before the crawl.

I didn’t sign up in advance for a class; can I still go?

If you didn’t register in advance for a class but want to take it, we recommend stopping by the business around the start time of the class to see if there’s room. Sometimes there are no-shows and they’ll be able to fit you in.

Do I have to go to every stop on along the Crawl?

Nope! You get to choose your own route for the crawl. Stop at as many or as few of the places along the way as you’d like. Though, we totally think you should go to as many as possible with all the great freebies being given away!

What if it rains? Do you have a rain date?

This event is rain or shine! While we of course hope for a sunny day, all of the Wellness Hubs and Stops along the way are indoors. Jersey Bike share will also be offering a code for crawlers day-of to get you places faster.

Do you offer refunds on tickets?

Unfortunately, tickets for this event are non-refundable.

How do I enter the giveaways?

Each business manages their own giveaway. So you’ll have to stop by each table or storefront to enter. Winner will be contacted via email or phone after the crawl by each business.

Is this event child friendly?

Yes! You are welcome to bring children with you throughout the day. Any child under the age of 12 does not need a ticket.

Is this event dog friendly?

Team HG has some serious dog lovers on staff, but furry friends are not permitted inside spaces at this event.
