What’s the crawl going to be like this year in-person?
Imagine a full day of discovering all of the wellness businesses in the Hoboken area, and getting freebies, entering giveaways, and more. The Hoboken Wellness Crawl is a celebration of all things wellness — think of it like a ‘bar crawl’ but for wellness businesses in our area. The crawl will feature brick-and-mortar businesses — who will be offering a freebie item for all crawlers + giveaway prize for one lucky crawler as well as ‘pop-up’ stops within other businesses. No purchase is necessary to redeem the freebie item or enter the giveaway — just your entry ticket!
What is a freebie?
On crawl day, Sunday, September 19th, all crawl vendors are offering a freebie item to all crawl vendors. You must visit each stop to pick up your freebie (freebies range from free class passes to samples to free consults — and more).
Please note, crawlers must present their crawl bracelet in person or use a secret code shared only with crawlers in order to redeem.
What is a giveaway?
On crawl day, Sunday, September 19th, all crawl vendors are offering a giveaway prize for one lucky crawler to win. You must enter each giveaway to be entered into each.
Crawlers must enter vendor giveaways via the Jackraffit app using a contactless QR code that will be at each stop. VIPs are automatically entered into all giveaways. Please note: Your email address will be shared with each business’ giveaway you enter.
What’s the difference between a freebie and discount code?
A freebie item is being offered to all crawlers on the day of the crawl, Sunday, September 19th (ex: free samples, acupuncture samples, gifts, swag, class passes, and other items decided upon by each business as a crawl vendor). Freebie items are ONLY available on the day-of the crawl, Sunday, September 19th and no purchase is required.
Crawl vendors have the option to offer crawlers an additional discount code during 9/19-9/24. Crawlers must use the code listed on the deals page. You can redeem these in person or virtually through the week until 9/24 at 11:59PM. It is not required, so please note that not all vendors will offer additional discounts.
Are you doing in-person fitness classes this year?
This year’s crawl will not feature any in-person fitness classes or hubs (expo-style spaces) — but some of the fitness studios participating ARE offering free fitness classes to all crawlers for use at a later date.
Crawlers can check out the crawl guide to see if any crawl vendors are offering a class pass as their freebie item on Sunday, September 19th, and take the fitness classes at their leisure up until the noted expiration period on the pass.
I want to be a VIP ticket holder. What do I get for $60?
This year, VIPs get:
- Everything GAs get (below!)
- Skip the check-in line
- VIP bag with products and additional passes/codes
- Automatic entry into ALL crawl giveaways
- Please note: We are not doing in-person Hubs or fitness classes this year, only passes and brick-and-mortar stops
If I am just a GA ticket holder, what do I get for $25?
- Entry into event – access to all vendors
- Access to all giveaways

- Access to all additional discount codes from select vendors
- Crawl bag to use on crawl day
- Crawl bracelet
Am I purchasing/shopping with the vendors themselves or Hoboken Girl when I use discount codes?
You are shopping directly with the participating vendor. By making a purchase on Sunday, September 19th [the day of the crawl] and throughout the week until Friday, September 24th you are supporting the individual local businesses.
Hoboken Girl does not make any commission from sales made through the Hoboken Wellness Crawl. We are merely the platform showcasing the vendors.
What if the code is not working for the freebie item being offered by virtual vendors?
First, make sure you are inputting the correct code. It is important to note, all the promotion offers are redeemable through the discount code listed under the deals page for ticket holders only. Make sure it is in all caps and there are no spaces. Contact the virtual vendor directly for any issues.
Crawlers are not required to make a purchase in order to redeem the freebie on Sunday, September 19th from crawl vendors [in-person or virtually].
How long are vendors offering their freebie item?
Freebie items from each crawl vendor are ONLY available for redemption on the day of the crawl — Sunday, September 19th.

Some vendors will also be offering additional discount codes throughout the week until 9/24. What if the code is not working for the additional discount code?

Please note, not all vendors will be offering a discount code during Sunday, September 19th – Friday, September 24th — as this was an optional feature for participating vendors.
How come I do not see a discount code for a vendor?
Freebies offered by all vendors, but discount codes are an optional feature for crawl vendors to opt into. If you do not see a discount code for a specific crawl vendor then they have decided to not offer a discount from Sunday, September 19th – Friday, September 24th.
How do I access giveaways?
For full instructions on how to access the giveaways please visit our giveaways page. You will also be given instructions on crawl day when you check in.
Please note, entering a giveaway means that your email address will be added to the vendor’s email list as well.
How long do I have to enter the giveaways?
All ticketholders have until 11:59PM Sunday, September 19th to enter the crawl giveaways. You must download the Jack Raffit app to do so or visit the local vendors and utilize their QR code.

I’m a VIP. Do I need to enter the giveaways?
As a VIP ticket holder, you are automatically entered to win all giveaways, so no need to do it yourself. But, if you visit each spot, you can enter TWICE (which is a huge perk). You will be notified via email if you are a winner!
How do I know if I won any of the giveaways that I entered?
All crawl vendors will directly contact their giveaway winner by Tuesday, September 21st via email.
Please note, the Hoboken Wellness Crawl is not responsible for selecting giveaway winners or facilitating the coordination of redemption of the giveaway prize. If you won a giveaway with a crawl vendor, please contact them directly about your giveaway prize and how you can redeem.

When can I pick up my VIP Bag?
VIP ticketholders MUST pickup their VIP Bag the day of the crawl — Sunday, September 19th between 11:00AM-4:00PM at check-in. We will announce check-in locations coming soon.
Please note, we are unable to ship, deliver, store, or hold any VIP Bags past this date and time frame for VIP ticket holders.
VIP ticket holders must also present proof of purchase at the VIP Bag pickup.
